We build the learning infrastructure enterprises grow into, not out of

Training platforms are meant to enable an organisation. Too often they constrain it: licence costs that rise with headcount, integrations the vendor will not build, and compliance records held in someone else's cloud. We design and deliver learning platforms that the organisation owns, controls and can evolve on its own terms.

Who we are

An enterprise software company focused on learning platforms

JustAddWater has been building enterprise systems since 2014. Our engineering, quality assurance and delivery teams work from Jaipur, India, serving clients across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Gulf.

We work with organisations where training is not optional: pharmacy networks, clinical research organisations, healthcare providers, financial services firms and commercial training providers. These are environments where learner records are audit evidence, where deployment may need to sit inside the client's own infrastructure, and where the platform has to integrate with identity, HR and reporting systems that already exist.

Every engagement runs under signed contracts, mutual NDAs and full IP assignment to the client. Delivery is led by named senior engineers who remain accountable for the platform after launch.

Our mission

Training systems should be assets on the balance sheet, not line items on the renewal

We exist so that organisations can own the platforms their people learn on, rather than lease them per person, per year, indefinitely.

In practice that means building systems our clients can host, audit, extend and maintain independently of us. It is a harder commercial model than recurring licensing, and a considerably better outcome for the organisations we serve.

Our values

How we operate

Four commitments that shape how every engagement is scoped, delivered and handed over.

Security and data control

Learner data stays inside the client's jurisdiction and infrastructure. Access is scoped, documented and revocable. We design for the audit before it is requested.

Accountable delivery

Named owners, defined milestones, written status. If a timeline is at risk, the client hears it in that week's report rather than at the deadline.

Built to be handed over

Source code, database schema, deployment scripts and documentation transfer to the client. A system your own team cannot maintain is not a finished system.

Advice before revenue

Where an existing product genuinely fits better, we say so during scoping. We would rather decline an engagement than deliver one the client should not have bought.

Leadership

Senior team

Architecture, delivery and technical direction sit with named individuals who stay with the engagement from scoping through to post-launch support.

Considering a change of platform?

Tell us about your learner population, your current system and the constraints you are working within. We will respond with a straight assessment of cost, timeline and fit.

They were very responsive to all requests - the project management tool implemented by them made to easy to communicate and fix any issues, they were very proactive understanding the needs and figuring out a way to address them - they were very knowledgeable about Moodle set-up and were happy to custom build certain plug-ins to enhance user experience.Source: Clutch.co

The engagement eliminated recurring per-user LMS licensing costs and gave the client full control over the roadmap, features, and integrations. JUSTADDWATER responded quickly and efficiently despite the time difference. Their flexibility and strong communication were commendable.Source: Clutch.co

Start with a scoping conversation

Tell us about your learner base and what your current platform can’t do. We’ll come back with a straight answer on cost, timeline, and fit.

Useful to know: integrations you need, whether deployment must be on-premise, and any audit or accreditation date you are working toward.

We reply within one working day. No sequence, no drip campaign, no sales development rep.

    What happens next

We reply with questions, not a brochure. Usually two or three, aimed at working out whether this is worth your time.

You get the licence maths. What you pay now against what an owned platform costs once, with the assumptions shown.

Then a scoped proposal. Fixed price and fixed timeline for the base package, or a scope document for larger builds.

    1,500
Per-seat licences removed for one client
    30 days
    Base package to go-live
