If a project is canceled after work has started, the refund will be subject to deductions based on the work completed.
No cancellations will be accepted once the project has reached 50% or more completion.

Custom Software & Web Development Services
If the project is in the initial planning phase and no coding has started, a full refund is possible.
Partial refunds may be granted based on the percentage of work completed.
No refunds are issued for completed projects or delivered milestones.
Subscription-Based Services
Monthly subscriptions are refundable on a prorated basis if canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions may also be refunded on a prorated basis if canceled within the first 30 days.
Non-Refundable Items
Payments made for consultation, discovery, or analysis phases.
Third-party fees, hosting, domain purchases, and software, user licensing costs.

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
