The Write with AI feature was designed to simplify one of the most time-consuming actions on the Needgr8r platform: creating a detailed and well-structured job posting. Many clients struggled to describe their requirements clearly, and incomplete job descriptions often led to irrelevant applications, delays, and extended hiring cycles.
To address this, we introduced a guided content-generation assistant that helps users turn a simple idea into a complete job post within seconds.
See It In Action: Write With AI
When a user selects “Write with AI” while posting a job on Needgr8r. Instead of manually filling each field of the form, users are presented with a clean and focused input box that asks them to “Describe your requirements in detail.”
This interface is intentionally simple:
A large text area invites the user to type a short explanation of the job they want to create.
Below it, helpful guidance is displayed through three short tips on how to write an effective prompt.
Two actionable buttons — Close and Generate — allow the user to cancel or proceed.
Once the user submits a description, the system instantly fills the entire job form with:

- Summary
- Responsibilities
- Required skills
- Experience level
This doesn’t replace user intent—rather, it removes repetitive work and ensures clarity and consistency in every job post.
