Welcome to JUST ADD WATER These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our software and web development services, platform, and related offerings. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to JUST ADD WATER, its affiliates, and subsidiaries.

  • “Client” or “User” refers to any individual or entity using our services.

  • “Services” refer to software development, web development, subscription-based platform access, and any associated offerings.

  • “Platform” refers to any online system, application, or website provided by the Company.


2. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our services.

  • You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You may not use our platform or services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services if violations occur.


3. User License

  • Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and services.

  • Users may not sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

  • The license remains valid as long as the user maintains an active subscription or agreement.

  • The Company reserves the right to revoke access if a user violates these Terms.


4. Payment and Billing

  • Payment for services must be made as agreed in the service contract or subscription plan.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, software, and materials created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly stated otherwise in a contract.

  • Clients retain ownership of their proprietary data and materials provided to the Company for development purposes.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of any part of the platform or services is prohibited.


6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive client information.

  • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.

  • The Company follows industry standards for data protection, but users acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • Disclaimer of Liability: The Company shall not be held responsible for any financial, physical, emotional, or other losses incurred by the Client as a result of using our services or products. Clients use our services at their own risk, and the Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or impacts of the services provided.


8. Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services if a user violates these Terms.

  • Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting the Company.

  • Termination does not entitle the user to a refund unless specified in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.


9. Changes to Terms

  • The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

  • Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in India, unless otherwise required by law.
